Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free delivery on every order.

How long will delivery take?

  • Karachi: 3–4 working days

  • Other cities in Pakistan: 6–7 working days

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Our team then processes and packs your order. Once shipped, your order is handed over to our delivery partner and delivered to your provided address within the estimated delivery time.

You may be contacted by our courier team for delivery confirmation.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! Every order comes with an invoice. You will either receive it via email or it will be included in your package, depending on your chosen payment method. This invoice serves as your official proof of purchase.

Payment Infomation

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

  • For online payments (debit/credit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.), the payment is charged immediately when you place the order.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment is taken from your bank account; you pay only when the order is delivered.

What is wishlist?

A wishlist is a feature on our website that lets you save your favorite products so you can easily find and buy them later. It’s perfect for keeping track of hoodies you like without adding them to your cart immediately.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email with your order number and a photo of the product.

Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure smooth processing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email with your order number.
