Raw Fit Wear – Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
You can request a refund or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item or size was delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Size not fitting (unless exchanging)

  • Damage caused after delivery


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds to bank accounts or payment wallets may take 3–7 business days to reflect.


4. Exchange Process

  • For size or product exchanges, contact us immediately.

  • We will ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping for defective or wrong items is free.

  • For exchanges due to size preference, the customer may need to cover return shipping.
